Design
Despite its similarities, the Pixel 6 Pro and Galaxy S21 Ultra are unique phones in their own right. The display on the Pixel 6 Pro is larger than that of most other smartphones, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy media content or games on large screens. With features such as an edge-to-edge OLED screen and no notch at all, this phone really stands out from the crowd.
It’s sleek design means you’ll be able to use it with any outfit – something which can’t be said about many other high end devices! The Google Pixel 6 Pro is a device that oozes quality and class. It’s not the thinnest phone on the market, nor is it one of the heaviest, but those sacrifices definitely make up for it in other departments.
For starters, it’s 8.9mm thick – which isn’t too slim by any means, but again this allows for extreme build quality and overall stability when carrying around your phone (no accidental drops here!). Secondly, whilst being relatively heavy at 210 grams (+/- 10%), its metal construction gives off an air of sophistication and power that can only be matched by devices such as Apple iPhones or Samsung Galaxy phones.
Display
The Google Pixel 6 Pro Display is a great display, but not the best. It has a small punch hole at the top of the screen which is similar to what we saw on last year’s Samsung Galaxy and Note series! The display is also protected by Corning’s latest Gorilla glass 5 which can prevent it from major scratches and minor falls. It has great color saturation and accuracy, but the brightness is not that great and maxes out at 842 nits.
This means that in direct sunlight, the screen may appear washed out and hard to read. However, what it lacks in brightness it makes up for with its 120Hz refresh rate that can even go down to 10Hz. This means that when you watch movies or play games on your phone, you will have an excellent viewing experience. The screen also comes with Night Sight mode so you can take selfies in low light conditions without having to use your flash.
This is certainly the best display on a Pixel device yet; however, when compared to its iPhone and Samsung counterparts, it lags behind quite a bit. The iPhone 13 pro max display is extremely bright and the color saturation and viewing angles are on-point. Furthermore, Samsung’s AMOLED display too can’t be beat that easily!
Camera
The Pixel 6 Pro’s camera is truly excellent! With a 50-megapixel main camera, 48MP telephoto camera with 4x optical zoom, and 12MP ultrawide camera, it outperforms competitors such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (40 megapixels), iPhone 13 Pro (12 megapixels) and many other flagship smartphones on the market.
Detail in stills is rich and lifelike, color reproduction accurate without being oversaturated or artificial looking, and there’s hardly any need to edit photos before sharing them – which can be great if you want to keep your photography portfolio organized visually.
There are also several cameras on offer for different kinds of shooting – portrait mode with blurred background effects; panorama shots that stitch together multiple images into a wide view; fast motion video stabilization for smooth footage no matter how shaky Hands down though.

But when pitted against high-end Samsung or Apple devices that come equipped with dual rear-facing lenses (and sometimes additional sensors), Google Pixel 6 Pro photos tend to hold their own surprisingly well.
This is especially evident when comparing them side by side with more expensive models – like those from Samsung or Apple themselves. My only complaint about Pixel camera performance would be its tendency to overexpose brighter scenes; but this can easily be fixed through proper photo editing software thanks to accurate white balance controls available on most smartphones nowadays!
